LOGOUT HOTDESK EXTERNAL ALL

Purpose:

Log outs all External Hot Desk users.

Details:

• Only idle users are logged out. Busy users will be logged out when they terminate their calls.

• If an External Hot Desk user (EHDU) has the Permanent Login COS Class of Service enabled. it is not logged out. However, if the user is currently logged in to a MiNET Mitel's proprietary signaling protocol used to control Mitel IP and TDM telephones. device, then it is logged out that device and logged in as an EHDU.
